The return request must be notified to the company within 10 working days of receipt, either to the relevant salesperson or to the Customer Service Department (tel. +30 697 3690 270, email: info@terracarpet.gr).
Returns are only made after approval by the company.
Goods that do not meet the agreed specifications are inspected by the relevant sales representative before a return is approved.
In case of non-acceptance, the rejection is always made in writing and justified.
Goods to be returned must be accompanied by a delivery note with a detailed description and quantity, identified with the approved return request.
Once the process is complete, the corresponding credit invoice is issued.
If the above terms are not complied with, the company reserves the right not to accept the return or to return the goods to the customer at their expense.
The customer declares that they are familiar with how to use the product and have checked it for any defects upon unpacking. The company is not responsible for any damage caused during or after the application of the product.
